Edithburgh Caravan Park     Read more ...

Edithburgh Caravan Park is a Top Tourist park located on O'Halloran Parade in the small town of Edithburgh at the bottom of the Yorke Peninsula, South Australia. We called in to have a look at the caravan park and visit some friends who were staying there for a few days. The Caravan Park is quite large and this is a lovely little town with some beautiful old buildings and two jettys. There is a wind farm close by and there are several walking/cycling tracks either side of the town. The cemetery has the largest mass grave in Australia that houses people shipwrecked on a boats off the coast - fascinating history.

Edithburgh’s Caravan Park is the perfect base to explore the beauty of the peninsula. Some features of the park are:

  • Range of accommodation - from unpowered caravan and camping sites to luxury executive sea front spa cabins - drive through sites
  • amenities block - some unisex ensuites - babies change room - disabled bathroom - laundry
  • camp kitchen
  • barbeques
  • children's playground - basketball court
  • pet friendly (sites only)
  • fish cleaning station
  • rain water tanks
  • boom gate
  • dump point

The Edithburgh Caravan Park overlooks one of the best boat ramps on the peninsula and is within close proximity to surf beaches, child safe beaches, a tidal swimming pool and rugged coast. You can even keep your caravan stored at Edithburgh in Yorke Peninsula's most secure storage facility and you will only need to bring the boat when you head out for your next holiday.
